In fact, our installation and maintenance personnel are frequently called to repair and even reinstall systems badly fitted by other self professed experts.
What happens when you buy your satellite system thru the internet without installation included?
· You incur shipping charges and typically two or three weeks of downtime.
· You also run the risk of receiving a warped dish in which case not only will you have to resort to repacking and returning the item
· Before you do you will also have to get a “Return Authorization” from the internet retailer. And we all know how this process goes; it can be a real tedious task.
· Besides unless you are a real technical savvy person the customer support can only do so much over the telephone
· Nine out of ten times you will have to resort to contacting an installer yourself and arranging for them to come out and do the installation for you, which will cost you an additional $150 to $200 dollars
We distribute only the highest quality equipment with an in-home service warranty. (Service or product upgrades or modifications by anyone other than vendor approved technician voids any and all warranties expressed or implied).
